Alex Stupak’s much anticipated Mexican restaurant. Could be first week opening issues - but the food was a bit uneven. We ordered the beef tongue, lamb and carnitas tacos. The carnitas was VERY dry. The beef tongue was definitely the hit. However, even if he resolve the filing issues, the tortilla was dry. For a soft taco, it should not be DRY! The result = Uneven!
The desserts were really good, especially the sorbet cones. But you kind of expect that from a pastry chef.
